The Science of Chocolate - Festival of Science

Join the Festival of Science as they take a look at the different ingredients in chocolate and find out why they are so important for the taste or texture of your chocolate bar.

There will be five practical activities to take part in or watch, and you will get to taste and rate some chocolate at the end.

Join Ruth and Margaret as they explore with you how the ingredients interact together to give your delicious chocolate bar and what would happen if you removed or changed any of the ingredients.

There are two workshops, 2-3pm and 4-5pm, and booking is essential. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
