Description

The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) , funded by the Department for Education, aims to support the wellbeing of children aged between 5 – 16 years focussing on physical and mental wellbeing by providing a variety of free activities during school holidays.

Local activity providers run face to face sessions that are free to children and young people aged 5 – 16 years and receiving benefits related free school meals. There are also places available to families with low income – and to children and young people who may face social isolation without the support of HAF - these places are granted on an individual basis.

Included in each session is a meal, this may be breakfast or lunch depending on the programme offered.

The events are being organised by Nottinghamshire County Council, go to the HAF webpage, Holiday activities and food | Nottinghamshire County Council to find out more.

To find events near you go to the activities and venues page on the Nottinghamshire County Council website.
