Win a health suite membership with MyZone!

If you’re a MyZone user, you could be in with a chance of winning a health suite membership (worth £15 per month) at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre, just by being more active!

Hit 1300 MyZone Effort Points (MEPs) in both December and January to be entered into our prize draw for a chance to win one of three prizes:

  • 3 months health suite membership
  • 2 months health suite membership
  • 1 month health suite membership

Whether you’re a gym goer, swimmer, dog walker or runner, all activity counts towards your MEPs when wearing your heart rate monitor!

If you don’t have a MyZone heart rate monitor yet, you can try before you buy at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre. If you would like to try out MyZone in one of your workouts or try a MyZone fitness class in the D.O.S.E. Studio, speak to a member of staff to rent a heart rate monitor. You will soon start seeing how you can benefit from tracking your MyZone Effort Points!

Terms and conditions

  • The target of 1300 MyZone Effort Points (MEPs) must be achieved in each December 2024 and January 2025 to be entered into the prize draw.
  • MyZone Effort Points can be achieved anywhere (not exclusively in the leisure centres) when the MyZone heart rate monitor is worn.
  • The participant must own their MyZone heart rate monitor.
  • The health suite facilities are available at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre only.
  • If the winner already has a health suite membership or a health suite bolt-on and wins either the 1,2 or 3 month membership, the winner’s current health suite membership cost will be adjusted.
  • There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  • There will be one winner per prize, with one sole user of each membership.
  • A member of staff will contact the winners to arrange the health suite memberships.
  • Following the 1, 2 or 3 month membership, the membership will not be auto-renewed. Should the winners wish to continue their health suite membership, please contact Carlton Forum Leisure Centre.
