National Fitness Week
National Fitness Day takes place on Wednesday 25 September but we’re making a whole week of it. With special events and offers all week, there’s plenty of ways to get involved and get fit during our National Fitness Week!
Get yourself a gym buddy
Research shows that when you work out with a friend you’re more likely to stick to your exercise plan and exercise for longer, so during National Fitness Week we’re going to let you bring a friend for free!
DNA Members can bring a friend who can join them in the gym, pool, exercise class or even our health suite. Bring your friend as many times as you want during the week or bring a different friend each day if you’re really popular.
Please note that friends must be booked to come in advance and signed in at reception, an induction is required before accessing the fitness suite, see our One Day Pass terms and conditions for further details.
Not a DNA member?
You and your buddy can still get involved.
Order a One Day Pass each and you can get access to the facilities at one of our centres for a whole day.
No joining fee
If you or your gym buddy decide to take up a DNA membership during National Fitness Week, you won’t pay a joining fee.
DNA Gym / Swim Challenge
Pick up a gym challenge card or Swimfit challenge card at one of the leisure centres and record your time and hand in to a member of the fitness team once completed. You will be entered into a prize draw to win one of many prizes up for grabs
