Customer Service Outreach Hubs

Across the borough we hold a number of customer service outreach sessions, so that residents can speak to an advisor in person, without having to visit our main offices in Arnot Hill Park, Arnold.

Advisors at outreach sessions can offer help and advice for a number or services including:

• Benefits enquiries and applications
• Homesearch applications
• Document scanning
• Issuing food bank vouchers
• Logging fly tipping and other environmental reports
• Signpost to cost of living support options

Gedling Borough Council Customer Service agents will be available to speak to at community hubs in Calverton, alongside partners from Calverton CORE Centre, and Carlton with partners from Hope Nottingham Carlton Community Hub. The partner agencies we work alongside also offer a range of support services for residents ranging from community groups to foodbanks, health and wellbeing classes, help completing job applications and more.
