Call before you serve is a free and impartial advice service commissioned by Gedling Borough Council, for private landlords who are considering evicting a tenant, seeking possession or needing advice on tenancy issues.
Call Before You Serve can provide help and advice on:
- Rent arrears
- Mediation between you and your tenants
- Communication issues
- Help and advice on leasing properties
This is a specialist support service for private landlords considering seeking possession, or simply wanting advice. It is commissioned by Gedling Borough Council and other Councils in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to provide free, impartial and no obligation advice to landlords.
