Local planning document consultation

A consultation exercise is taking place on a number of modifications to the Local Planning Document. These modifications arise from the consultation on the Publication Draft Local Planning Document in 2016 and from discussions that have taken place during the hearing sessions in 2017. The consultation exercise is taking place between Monday 12th February and Monday 26th March 2018 at 5pm.

Once the consultation period has ended, all comments received as a result of the consultation exercise will be forwarded to the Inspector. She will then issue her report, concluding whether the Local Planning Document has been found sound (spring 2018). Subject to the conclusions of the report, the plan will be taken to Council for adoption (summer 2018).
