Parking Provision
The Council is consulting on an updated Parking Provision for Residential and Non-Residential Developments: Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) between 25th October and 6th December 2021. The Parking SPD updates the existing parking standards which were adopted in 2012 based on the latest information. Once adopted, the Parking SPD will be a material consideration for determining planning applications and enable the Council to require appropriate levels of parking for future development.

The consultation response form can be downloaded from the link below:
Responses should be emailed to planningpolicy@gedling.gov.uk, or alternatively can be posted to the address: Gedling Borough Council, Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold, NG5 6LU.
The consultation will run for six weeks until 5pm on Monday 6th December 2021. Following the end of the consultation period, the Council will carefully consider all comments received and amend the SPD as appropriate, prior to adopting the final document.
