  • Form 7 (Associated with the Reversion Application)
  • Demolition Application
  • Street naming and numbering form

Payment can be made in the following ways;

• Online
• By cheque made payable to Gedling Borough Council
• By telephone – 0115 9013740
• By BACS – Sort code 40-08-46, Account No 51474146 (Please quote your name within the payment. This will help match the payment with the application)
