Laser treatment licence

All practitioners who use Intensed pulse light and lasers in the borough must apply for a licence from us.

A licence will last for 12 months and new forms are required to be completed at every renewal.

How to apply

You'll need to fill out a Laser practitioner form

and a Laser premises form

You may also need a massage and special treatment (MST) licence if you offer other treatments as well as laser so please contact the Council for advice at enquiries@gedling.gov.uk
