Description

Redhill Leisure Centre are inviting anyone interested in getting more active to come along to their open day. You can try some free activities, tour the centre and see what they have to offer.

Drop in for a tour of the centre to see all of the fantastic facilities on offer, including the gym, fitness studios and sports hall. Fitness advisors will be on hand to chat about what is included in a membership and about how they can help you to set and reach your health and fitness goals. 

You can have a free health and fitness assessment with one of our fitness advisors. The Boditrax machine builds a picture of your current health and fitness levels, which can be used to tailor a fitness plan for you. (Please note that you will need to take your shoes and socks off for the assessment.) 

Bring your workout kit with you to enjoy a free gym session on the day, and try out some of the latest fitness equipment.

You can also join in for free with two of our popular exercise classes. They are suitable for all abilities, there's no need to book, just come along and join in:

• Hiit Step, 9.30-10.15am
• Kettlefit, 10.30-11.15am

Virtual fitness classes will also be available for you to try out for free in the studios. 

Staff from the Moballise Physiotherapy Clinic (based at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre) will also be available to chat to at the event. Moballise offer help to self-monitor and manage aches and pains to help improve your control over quality of life, so pop by to speak with them.
