The AMP, Arnold

The AMP, located on the former Arnold Market site, opened in 2022 and has since become home to seven retail units on its ground floor.

The AMP has been built sustainably, and minimises its energy usage with solar panels, large windows and a southwest elevation to capture more sunlight. It’s an affordable and nurturing business environment for start-ups and established companies, with a vibrant business community and on-site Post Office.

Hillcrest Business Park, Calverton

An attractive, self-contained industrial estate currently containing 8 industrial business units, which are fully occupied. This site comprises 3ha of industrial land including Daleside Park.

Four new industrial units are currently under construction and due to be completed in 2025. They will be marketed by Gedling Borough Council and tailored to meet the needs of local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The new premises are designed to blend in with neighbouring facilities, fitting seamlessly into the existing site. Sufficient car parking space will be provided for tenants of the new units and there will be improvement of the current parking provision, including the addition of four disabled access bays and two EV chargers.

Newstead Industrial Park, Hazelford Way

Self-contained industrial estate with good access and strategic linkages to M1. The site comprises 2ha of land offering industrial business units in Newstead village. It has 24 business units with good occupancy rates.
