Bookings for swimming, classes and gym sessions can be made up to 7 days in advance with a membership or Gedling Leisure card. You will need to be logged into your account which you can do at the online booking webpage.
Without a Gedling Leisure card or membership, bookings can only be made on the day of the activity.
You can now link your online account with members of your family (children and adults) to make bookings on their behalf. Contact one of the centres to link your account. Find out more.
If the activity you wish to book for is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list. When a space becomes available, an email will be sent to everyone on the waiting list for that activity and the space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you are unable to attend an activity you have booked, please cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice where possible so that another person can take your place.
Members can manage their bookings using their online account.
If you do not have a membership (including Gedling Leisure Card holders), please contact the leisure centre reception to cancel a booking and arrange a refund.
