Good Boost sessions take place in the pool at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre. The programme aims to improve people’s lives by getting them moving with gentle water-based exercise in a fun and social environment, so that looking after your health becomes a pleasure, not a chore.

The sessions, which use waterproof tablet devices for guidance, are individually tailored to allow you to progress at your own pace and have been built by experts to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility.
