The gym at Calverton has a wide range of fitness equipment to suit everybody with air conditioning and ambient lighting in some areas. Our friendly staff will be happy to help if you need guidance with any of our fitness equipment.
Please note: Bags are not permitted onto the gym floor and customers are required to wear suitable and clean gym wear and trainers when using the fitness suite.

On the main gym floor you’ll find rowing machines, recumbent and upright cycles, treadmills, a ski ergometer and elliptical cross trainers.
Free-weight training area
We’ve extended our gym into one of our under-used squash courts, this is where you will find an additional free-weight area.
Other equipment includes a power rack, a Smith machine, Olympic bench press, dual pulley cable machines, adjustable benches, dumbbells and much more.
We also have an Olympic lifting platform with a huge range of Olympic bumper plates.
Multi-use training racks
You can use the multi-use training racks to perform different exercises including squat, bench press and pull ups.
Our Boditrax machines measure your body’s composition, giving you an idea of your muscle, water, fat, metabolic rate, hydration levels and more. This enables you to tailor your exercise plan to focus on the areas that are important to you. You can then track your progress online using your own private account.
