Swim sessions are bookable up to 7 days in advance via the app, online or by calling the relevant leisure centre.

To book a session you will need a Gedling Leisure loyalty card. You can apply for a Gedling Leisure Card here.

Description

Swim4all Our Swim 4 All public sessions welcome everyone young and old. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages
Float Fun 

Great family time in the pool with giant floats to have fun with. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages

Junior Swim Stars 25 minute swimming lessons following the Swim England learn to swim pathway
Baby and Pre-Swim School

These lessons are for children from birth. The lesson aims to build confidence in the water ready for Junior Swim Stars.

Adult swimming lessons

Adult lessons are split into beginners, intermediate and advanced groups.

Inflatafun!

Let kids get wet and wild on our giant inflatables. Children must be competent swimmers for these sessions. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages

Relaxation swim These sessions are ideal for anyone recovering from injury, or for people living with rheumatic, arthritic or similar pains. This session is for adults only. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages
Accessibility swim Inclusive public swimming aimed at members of the public with additional needs, this session includes equipment such as balls, mats and goggles.  
Adults only Laned swimming for swimmers aged 14 years+. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages
Aqua Aerobics

Water-based aerobics classes suitable for all levels of fitness. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages

Splash Tots Aimed at getting children to feel comfortable in the water with their parents in a safe, play based environment. Suitable for babies
Club and Competitive Swimming Our leisure centres run and host a number of swimming and scuba diving clubs, as well as a Club Link session which helps children make the transition from swimming lessons into club swimming.
