Open days
Have you been thinking about joining a gym, taking up swimming or trying a fitness class? Our open days are open to everybody and it's the perfect chance to come along and see what our leisure centres have to offer!
Drop in for a tour of the centres to see all of the fantastic facilities on offer including the gyms, fitness studios, sports halls and swimming pools. Our staff will be on hand to speak with you about what is included in a Gedling Leisure membership and about how they can help you to reach your health and fitness goals.
You can have a with one of our fitness advisors. The Boditrax machine builds a picture of your body including muscle mass, fat percentage, metabolic rate and age, hydration levels and much more which can help to tailor a fitness plan just for you and your goals. These are drop-in sessions. You will need to take your shoes and socks off for this assessment.
Bring your workout kit with you and enjoy a free session on the day with all the latest equipment - no need to pre-book. There will be free gym inductions and fitness challenges to try on the day too.
Pre-booking is advised for most activities. Book activities in advance and pay nothing when you sign up for a 3 day pass to use for the open day. Find out more by calling or visiting the leisure centres. Gedling Leisure card holders and members can also book 7 days in advance online.
